-Respire anaerobically to produce lactic acid
-Lactic acid causes milk protein (caesin) to curdle
-YOGHURT IS FORMED :D !!

-Milk sugar ferment lactic acid
-Use of bacteria and fungi
-Lactic acid curdles milk protein
-The curdled milk protein + fats is removed
-CHEESE IS PRODUCED :D !!
